Refund Policy – SongAL Music

2. Digital Services and Non-Refundable Nature

The services offered by SongAL Music consist of digital music distribution and other online solutions related to content management. Because these are intangible digital products and services, refunds are generally not possible after the actual delivery or commencement of the service (e.g., uploading tracks to streaming platforms).

3. Situations in Which Refunds Are Possible

SongAL Music may consider specific refund cases, such as unfair or duplicate charges, proven technical error on the platform that prevented the use of the purchased service, or cancellation requested before the start of distribution. The request will be evaluated individually, and the decision will be communicated to the user within 10 business days.

4. Deadlines and Procedures

Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days after the billing date. To request a refund, users must contact us by email at financeiro@songalmusic.com, providing their full name/company name, registration email, service purchased, reason for the request, and proof of payment (when applicable).

6. Cases in Which Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds cannot be requested for services already started or completed, subjective dissatisfaction with sales results or plays, or for failure to comply with terms of use.
