Terms and Conditions of Use – SongAL Music

1. Introduction

Welcome to SongAL Music. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our platform and the digital music distribution services offered. By accessing or using the services, you acknowledge and fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. User Registration and Responsibilities

Users must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. The user is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login and password, as well as for the activities performed on their account.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The user represents that they are the legitimate copyright holder or have all necessary authorizations for the content submitted for distribution. SongAL Music is not responsible for intellectual property disputes between users and third parties. Any copyright infringement may result in the suspension or deletion of the user's account.

4. Payments and Royalties

Payments will be made based on consumption reports provided by digital platforms. SongAL Music will transfer royalty amounts to users, less any administrative and/or contractual fees. The user must provide accurate banking information to receive the amounts.

5. Prohibitions on Use

The user agrees not to use the services to:

  • Distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or that infringes on third-party rights.
  • Artificially manipulate performances, downloads, or streams (stream fraud).
  • Perform any act that impairs the functionality of the platform or digital stores/partners.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

SongAL Music may suspend or terminate a user's account in cases of violation of these Terms, proven or suspected fraud, or request by competent authorities.

7. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district of [Mozambique-Maputo] are hereby elected as competent to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, except where otherwise provided by law.
